Only the finest organic ingredients, which include twenty-five unique organic stone-milled flours sourced directly from Central Milling, are used in our mouthwatering artisanal breads, pastries, cookies and cakes. All of our dairy is sourced directly from Straus Family Creamery, the first 100% certified organic creamery in America.
