

​Hi Bakery is an exclusively organic, sustainable and conscious European-style bakery and café located in the LA Arts District where traditional technique meets innovation. Only the finest 100% organic ingredients, which include twenty-five unique organic stone-milled flours sourced directly from Central Milling, are used in our mouthwatering artisanal breads, pastries, cookies and cakes. All of our dairy is sourced directly from Straus Family Creamery, the first 100% certified organic creamery in America. Our seasonal produce is sourced from local organic farms, and because of this, our menu continuously changes depending upon what is in season. Stop by to say Hi!
